Ms.Wang Yixuan

Ms. Wang Yixuan is now the Head of HK Subsidiary Company of Shenzhen Stock Exchange . She previously served as Deputy Director of Qianhai Business Team, Deputy Director of Research Institute since she joined Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2001.

Ms. Wang has over 20 years of working experience in the Banking and Securities Sector. Before joining Shenzhen Stock Exchange, she worked as Deputy Chief of Statistics and Research Division at PBOC Beijing Branch. Prior to that, she was Deputy Chief, Balance of Payments Division of SAFE Beijing Branch.

Ms. Wang graduated from Tsinghua University with Bachelor’s Degree in E&E in 1991. She received her Master’s Degree and Doctoral Degree in Finance from the Gradate School of People’s Bank of China (Wu Dao Kou) in 1994 and 2001, respectively.

现任深圳证券交易所香港子公司负责人，从事金融证券工作20多年，有丰富的金融证券实务和研究经验。1991年毕业于清华大学，获工学和经济学双学士，1994年和2001年在中国人民银行研究生部（五道口）国际金融、金融专业获经济学硕士和博士学位。历任国家外汇管理局北京分局副处长、中国人民银行营业管理部副处长，深圳证券交易所综合研究所副所长和前海工作小组副组长。主持和承担人民银行、外汇局、深交所的重要研究课题十多项，课题成果获多项奖励。熟悉香港金融法规和运作，主持完成的 “ 内地与香港基金互认服务平台 ” 获得深交所2015年优秀项目奖第一名；1999年曾在香港中文大学金融系作为访问学者从事半年研究工作。
